Our orders are packed and shipped generally on the next business day.
The delivery time depends on the destination country. Most European countries will be delivered between 3-4 business days. Information per country is listed here.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with your tracking information. You will then be able to follow up your order as it makes its way to you.
You have 14 days to decide whether to keep or return your purchase. EU customers need to use our Return Portal and follow the necessary steps. Non-EU customers, including UK and Switzerland, need to contact us first. Visit our Returns page for more information.

To exchange an item from your recent order, simply send it back for a refund and place a new order. Unfortunately, we cannot offer direct exchanges. This also applies if you wish to take another size.

Aymara does not have an official loyalty program as such. However, as a frequent customer you will receive from time to time vouchers that you can use for future purchases as well as special offers. You will also be invited to private sales events that are not published publicly and are only accessible for existing customers. Make sure to register for our newsletter to be informed.
